As a teenager, I'm not even ashamed to say that I'm not 100% comfortable in my body; I'd love to shed a couple pounds and be more toned, just like most teenagers. after reading girls comments and posts on this article, you truly see how many people are uncomfortable in their bodies. I feel bad and want to tell them all they they're beautiful the way they are, but then I feel like a huge hypocrite because I'm the same way; I want to be skinnier. I think when teens read posts like this it helps but some take it too far. I don't know weight loss and like healthy lifestyle choices as well going to they gym everyday are a big part of my life and I try to do it in a healthy way, while some teens are drastic with it and begin developing food disorders.
